Leila Rao
Leila Rao is an organizational change consultant optimizing the ability of organizations to transform and create sustainable impact. Her cognitive approach to agility emphasizes helping individuals and groups change the way they think, act and collaborate for a shared purpose.
She has facilitated organizational change initiatives -- including Agile transformations, business agility and continuous improvements efforts, cultural change initiatives, diversity, inclusion, equity (DE) strategies, etc. for a wide range of federal government agencies and large private sector companies over the previous decade.
Leila is the creator and book author of the Compass for Agility framework. The book explores the multi-disciplinary approach that enables organizations to shape their own compass as they aim to adapt, innovate and thrive in challenging environments.
Additionally, she applies the same expertise and her own experiences to increase the value and visibility of women through self-organization, collective empowerment and structural realignment as the co-founder of Lean In Agile.
Devin Davis
Devin has been an ally to c-level executives for over 7 years. She has worked across various industries including tech, real estate, marketing, and more.
Devin graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.A. in English and Mass Communications.
Kellie Racette
Kellie Rowden-Racette is a seasoned communications professional who has worked in journalism, public affairs, social media, and digital content strategy since 2000.
She has held positions with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Military Officers Association of America. Kellie received her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and her master's degree from Boston University.
Bri Cloutier
Bri Cloutier is a creative professional who has specialized broadly in graphic design and multimedia development since 2010, including brand systems, marketing and creative communication, video editing, audio, and illustration.
Bri has held positions of creative leadership within the pharmaceutical, information technology, and hospitality industries, where she has established procedures and developed content that prioritizes organizational identity, integrity, and audience resonance.
Yamel Gorrie
Yamel Gorrie is a certified accessibility expert specializing in facilitation and digital content creation to improve people’s access to knowledge and have better, more inclusive outcomes over the past seven years.
Leveraging her background in entertainment and journalism, Yamel excels in communication and creating DEI-focused content across various mediums. Her previous work spans the corporate, non-profit, healthcare, higher education, entertainment, and government sectors.
